Well-known Causes for Sleeping Disorders
There is a common knowledge that good sleep is the basic condition for health and well-being.
People who fail to sleep well feel tired and worn-out, look pale, face difficulties concentrating, and tend to develop depressive moods. Many diseases take more time to heal if sleep is disturbed. The causes for short sleeping disorders can be noise in the neighborhood, common colds that keep us from breathing through our noses, worries, or anxieties. In most cases it’s sufficient to address these issues in order to regain good sleep.
Chronic sleeping disorders are a frequent problem in the daily practice, and reduce the quality of life tremendously, causing patients to suffer a great deal. Every third adult US citizen suffers from sleeping disorders occasionally; seniors even have a rate of up to 60%.
It’s quite simple to diagnose a “sleep-apnoe-syndrome”, if the partner reports that the patient snores or stops breathing from time to time during the night.
Alcohol, malfunctions of the thyroid and certain psychiatric diseases can cause sleeping disorders as well.
In many cases, the doctor can’t find any cause with the conventional diagnostics, and patients aren’t satisfied, because treating them with sleeping pills doesn’t really solve the problem.
Psychoenergetic Causes
In our private clinic my wife and I have had very encouraging experiences with diagnosing and treating sleeping disorders. We use the method of “Psychosomatic Energetics” – an energy method that I have designed to give logical and sensible results.
Patients finally feel understood and appreciated when we diagnose them energetically, tell them where their conditions come from, and best of all, what they can do about these situations.
We have a success rate of around 70% – even in patients who have gone through previous therapies without success. Other colleagues who work with our method agree, and tell us that their outcomes are similar.
In my opinion, this method of diagnosing is essential and very effective for sleeping disorders. In the complete article I will describe in greater detail what I do, what I advise and what the patient is asked to do.
