Revised Theory of the WIN Method

Abstract

Zero-point, vacuum or dark energy is collected in the WIN Method by the acceleration of an electron charge in a tank circuit. A square wave pulse is switched on using either MOSFETs or IGBTs in its switching system. Positive electron holes are formed in a cermet and act to change its polarity so that the tank accelerates a charge greater that that entering the circuit from the power supply. This results in an energy gain over and above that used to power the collector.

Starting

When I began this quest for a method to collect free energy in 1972, I had a different concept of the energy source than I have today. It could change again by the time this conceot goes commercial. At one time I thought that the source was neutrinos, and that is when I coined the phrase “World into Neutrinos” for what I was seeking. Just a year ago, astronomers came up with a method for measuring the acceleration of our universe, and declared that this mysterious force was “dark energy,” and accounted for 65-percent of the energy in the universe. I like the term “zero-point” energy, perhaps because it was first recognized in 1946, which was the year I started graduate school.

The reason for its name was that it was recognized that even if a material was cooled to absolute zero degrees Kelvin, it would be filled with energy in the form of bonding electrons rotating around the nucleus at one-third the speed of light. It could have no thermal energy and still be full of energy. Thus, another dimension of the universe was recognized and called the “vacuum.” It took me back to my Bible studies, where one can read in Genesis I verse 2, “And the earth was without form, and void,..”

My associates at that time were quite concerned that this energy could be easily tapped and used to destroy the earth. Even I thought that I could work out a capture method in a year. Thirty-two years later, I still do not fully understand my method. It has become increasingly important that I explain my theory to the best of my ability, so that those who follow me can understand their results more fully.

The genesis of my method became very simple, and is based on my ceramic materials background. It is that when an electron is accelerated, it collects kinetic energy from the vacuum. If one believes in the acceleration of gravity, one will also believe that this energy can be captured and made to do useful work. The German organization for these studies was named “The German Association for Gravity Field Energy.”

Zero-point energy photons cannot be observed, and are called “virtual photons.” They come into our physical world only on solid particles. The only solid particles are electrons around the nucleus and quarks in the nucleus. Early in my research, I discovered the magic of the magnetic field, and that it only was formed when the power was turned on and off. This was before MOSFETs and IGBT switches were invented. I worked for several years with a spark-gap as my switching method, and 100-watt incandescent lamps as my load. I was unable to achieve frequencies above 12 hertz with the spark gap, and my 100 watt lamps in parallel burned out regularly.
